Head of Design at Kurtosys Systems
January 2012Art Direction, Web Design; Web Development (HTML, CSS, jQuery); UX/UI; InDesign; Kurtosys is a global provider of digital marketing and client reporting tools that help asset managers attract and retain investor assets by using digital media to transform the way that financial information is presented, shared and consumed. When I started working for Kurtosys I immediately received great responsibility in helping the company with J.P. Morgan UK campaigns and websites. Succeeding in those, I've been put in charge of the redesign process of all the J.P. Morgan UK websites (the first Kurtosys project to receive a nomination for a design award), their blogs, the 'Guide to the Markets' web-application and the new fund tools available through the different websites worldwide. ?In 2014, I was involved in the Bank of New York Mellon project. For them I have created a whole new brand guideline for web and mobile, redesigned the UK website (with the others to come) and designed a new document delivery web-application and the fund widgets they distribute across their partners' websites. Working on the projects for these two clients, I have helped the company increase the Monthly Recurring Revenue considerably over the last two years, all while changing part of the core business and improving methods and procedures. Among the other clients I've had the chance to work for are important financial groups like Aberdeen, Cambridge Associates, M&G, State Street for which I designed the interfaces used by their investors and asset managers and the templates for their reports and documentation. I have reworked two of the main company products: Kurtosys Illustrations and Kurtosys Doc Cloud, for which I spent a considerable amount of time wireframing, to provide the best possible UI/UX solution. Aside from the design projects I'm also in charge of the recruitment and training of the new employees and the clients wishing to use the products that the company provides.
